S.L.I.M was formed in 1973 by six professionals who each had experience in mechanical engineering and the electrical sector. Initially focusing on the production of neon lamps with glass bulbs and electromechinal switches, the company later expanded its production to plastic components and later still to switches, which is where Prime Light picks up the story. The company is now preparing for future challenges under a second generation of leadership.
